Revocation and other legal instructions for online shops:

1. Duration of cancellation period

Customers can cancel their contract within two weeks, without reason, in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods.

2. Beginning and end of cancellation period

The period begins on the day after several conditions are met:

A) Receipt of goods by the consumer,

B) Receipt of the revocation in written form,

C) Receipt of further information to distance in text, see Annex 2,

The cancellation period ends at the end of the day, which corresponds to the 14 day on which you received the goods and the cancellation instruction. If this day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or an official bank holiday, the cancellation period ends at 24.00 on the following business day.

3. Conditions of cancellation

Within the revocation period it is sufficient to send the revocation or return the goods. Goods that are unable to be packed will be picked up. Packet goods are returned at our risk.

4. Cost of cancellation

You have to bear the return costs if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered, if the price of the returned goods exceed a sum of €40.00, if you have not received the goods or have provided a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the revocation. Otherwise, the return is free for you. The cost of return shipment of the product will be refunded in the event of cancellation. This does not apply if the withdrawal concerns only one of several items sent together. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The time limit begins with the dispatch of your revocation, from our side upon receipt.

5. Liability for compensation from the customer

In case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits and possible costs (eg interest). Should the product not be returned in whole but in part, or only in a deteriorated or used condition, you must provide appropriate compensation. This does not apply if the deterioration of the article is due to fail examination within the shop.

6. Exclusion of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal exists, unless otherwise provided, not in distance contracts for the supply of goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications, clearly tailored to personal needs, that are not suitable for a return due to their properties, spoil quickly or whose expiry date is exceeded, the supply of audio/video recordings or software when the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the consumer.
