How does the shop work?
You may purchase products by clicking on the icon shopping basket. With the shopping basket you can view your selected items and, if you wish change them, or, by clicking on the trash can (icon to the right) remove them. To buy the selected items click on the checkout icon.
What are original replacement parts?
Genuine parts for us means that there are the original parts of the respective brands. They are the same parts you would get from the dealer around the corner.
Among the brands offered here are original parts from Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, Aprilia, Triumph, KTM and BMW and are genuine original parts from the respective brands.
All painted parts such as fuel tank, cladding and wheels are therefore painted in the original manufacturers colours.
Shipping into other countries and customs?
Deliveries within the European Community are duty free. Switzerland is eligible to duties. Payment of these duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Where can I find the vehicle identification number?
The vehicle ID. no. is in the registration documents.
This is either a 17 digit code (ex: JH2SC50G1XM300741)
or an 11 digit code (ex: RC304000001).
How long are the delivery times?
The delivery time for the ordered articles is dependent upon the availability of the respective manufacturers.
In general, approximately 90% of all motorcycle spare parts are in stock and therefore a delivery within the specified time is realistic.

The delivery times vary extremly, depending on your delivery target country and item availability. Please contact our service staff for ditails.
Should one or more of your motorcycle items be out of stock, you will naturally be informed immediately. We will then offer you the opportunity to decide whether to wait for your purchase or whether you wish to cancel the out-standing parts.
How long is the delivery by post?
In Germany (to 90%) one day, DPD, however, guarantees delivery within two days.
When are the parts dispatched?
The dispatch takes place directly after the payment onto our account!

What if the package is damaged?
In the case of damaged cartons by delivery, you must refuse to accept them, otherwise no complaints in case of damage is possible!
Should the packaging show signs of damage or appears to have been opened, please write a damage report in the presence of the courier.

How can I complain about something?
If the goods delivered are damaged or broken when you receive them, you are asked to send back to us the fully the completed claim form either online or by fax. Only then can we ensure a fast handling.

When sending my payment, what should the transfer charges be set to?
We ask that all international transfers to us be made with the OUR instruction. The OUR instruction means you pay for all transfer charges and this guarantees that we will receive your payment in full.
I just registered, but I am unable to order?
Switch to our startpage. The top box on the right side (STATUS/LOGIN) tells you about your current sign-in status. In case you see 2 input fields (E-Mail and Password) you have to sign in/ log in first with your email address and your self-selected password.
I just registered, but I did not get a confirmation email
You should receive the confirmation mail just a view minutes after registration. In case you not get this mail, please first check your spam folder (in Outlook: Junk E-mail). Please make sure that you set KFM-Motorraeder as a safe sender in your email application. On most systems, you can add the Internet domain (kfm-motorraeder.de). Please follow the instructions if you are using MS Outlook.
5 Min. after your registration a new request link appears in the "STATUS/LOGIN" box!
If you have registered as a dealer, please wait until we have received and checked your business registration. Your account will be activated manually by our service staff.
