Parcel shipment abroad

It is extremely difficult for us to estimate prior of your order, as it depends very much of the nature of your ordered items. For the time being, we have set the prices as follows:

Weight: up to 10 kg (surcharge occures when heavier ; ultimate max. weight: 31,5 kg)
Max. girth: 300 cm (= length + 2 x width + 2 x height)

Oversize: EUR 20 extra charge (if max. girth exceeded)
Customs export declaration: EUR 45 extra charge (if order value exceeds EUR 1000)

Orders larger than the maximum stated above, are subject to recalculation/rebilling.
If necessary, we usually re-charge you with an approximate estimate within the next business day after we received your order.
Please understand that we cannot determine the very final price until we have packed your parcel. Further recharge or even refund is therefore possible.

Smaller packages might get send by DHL Express without surcharge. Please make sure, you state your phone number in your customer account if you want to get considered for DHL Express shipping.
