Thru log files we guarantee the connection to our website and simplify the use of the website, e.g. by preselecting the correct language and currency. We perform analyzes for system security and stability as well as for administrative purposes. - Web analytics
We use server-side analysis and tracking tools to evaluate user behavior. This allows us to adapt our website to the interests of our visitors. Through the statistical evaluation of the usage profiles, statements about the functioning and the success of our pages can be derived (e.g. „How many visitors clicked on a specific offer on our homepage“).

For what purpose?
We process your data to process your order and prepare it for shipping. You need a customer account and therefore the
login information (email address and password) to verify your customer account.

Is there a duty to provide that data?
Yes. Without the data you can not place any orders.
Does the shop use cookies?
Yes, this is a single technically necessary so-called session cookie that is set as soon as you log in to the shop and
only lasts for the duration of that session. For security reasons, we do not offer the option
"stay logged in permanently".
How is the shopping cart stored?
An exception is the shopping cart, which is kept permanently in the local web-storage of the browser. No cookies
are used here!

For what purpose?
Through our contact form, you can ask questions and concerns about our products to us. These include e.g. inquiries
about current orders or our "request form for original spare parts". We process the data only to process your requestor
in the case of the spare parts request for the preparation of a non-binding offer.

Our newsletter is exclusively for german speaking business customers and will only be sent on special occasions
or special offers.

Yes. Without processing the sending of the newsletter is not possible.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. The data will be deleted immediately afterwards and you will be

This website is hosted by a German Internet service provider on a server in Germany.
We use our own Piwik / Matomo instance as tracking analysis tool. The analytics data does not leave our own server.
The IP addresses of all our visitors get anonymized.

Who is the recipient and for what purpose is this data shared?
The data will only be handed over to facilitate the transaction. The processing of the data as well as further storage
takes place via PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l., Luxembourg. In addition to the invoice amount and an order number, no further
information about the nature of the items to be paid will be shared.

Which data is affected?

Who is the recipient and for what purpose is this data shared?
The data will only be handed over to facilitate the transaction. The processing of the data as well as the further
storage takes place at Sofort GmbH, Munich, Germany. The order reference is given in the form of the purpose for the
remittance slip.

At the end of the order, you can decide whether to secure the purchase via the Trusted Shops GmbH, Cologne, Germany
and/or to be reminded to submit a rating later. The given data be transmitted only when you confirm this.

Registration business customer account:
Which data is affected?
EU VAT-Id number, company name, address
Who is the recipient and for what purpose is this data shared?
Applies exclusively to business customer registrations from within EU countries. In order to be able to purchase
VAT-free, the specified tax number must be correct and valid. We check this automatically via the online interface of
the Federal Central Tax Office once during registration and after every order placed.
Do we transmit these data somewhere outside EU?
No.
Customer area - SEPA direct debit mandate:
Which data is affected?
IBAN number
Who is the recipient and for what purpose is this data shared?
Applies exclusively to business customers from the european SEPA area who wish to benefit from direct debit payment.
When issuing a mandate, we once check the formal correctness of the IBAN number via a service provided by Theano GmbH,
Hasbergen, Germany. A credit check does not take place.
Do we transmit these data somewhere outside EU?
No.
Shipping service provider - DPD, GLS, DHL, Forwarding agency:
Which data is affected?
E-Mail, Vor- und Nachname, Lieferadresse, Telefon, Mobilfunk-Nr., Referenznummer

Who is the recipient and for what purpose is this data shared?
In order to fulfill the contract, we will pass on the specified data to the shipping company responsible for the
delivery, as far as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods.
