Helmet shell CFC made of carbon fiber reinforced with Zylon. Exclusive technology developed by Arai using the latest generation carbon fibers designed for aeronautics. The fibers are bonded together with Arai special resins and reinforced with a strip specifically designed to disperse energy loads across the helmet shell surface. On the forehead, this stripe increases the resistance of the helmet shell without increasing thickness or weight and allows the use of thinner inner padding, improving upward visibility, a detail that is particularly important on the race track.
