As of September 1, 2025, new customs regulations have come into effect in accordance with the Executive Order "Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment for all Countries." These regulations abolish the previous duty-free threshold for goods with a value of up to USD 800. These import duties (customs and fees) are now calculated via our online shop and are due upon order completion. In return, your shipment will be fully cleared through customs.

When shipping, our experienced staff pays particular attention to a secure and shockproofen packaging of the motorcycle spare parts. A high level of safety during packaging is also guaranteed by using high-quality packaging materials such as bubble wrap. However, in case the spare part you have received is somehow damaged during shipping, we ask that you report the damage as soon as possible using this form.
Paintwork/painted parts:
In special cases, the genuine painted part may differ from the paintwork on your motorcycle. One reason for this would be, for example, the incoming solar radiation. However, this would only happen if it were continuously exposed to extreme sunlight. But this scenario can only be influenced by sufficient paintwork care.
Assembly/extra material:
If NO additional mounting stuff, such as screws or brackets, can be seen on the spare parts photo, means these are NOT included in the item. You should therefore give special consideration to the photography, if any. These genuine motorcycle spare parts are supplied by the manufacturer as shown in the original photo. The photo(s) therefore show(s) the entire scope of delivery.
